All prints ship from the United States.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Once your order is placed, it will take 1-3 business days to process, print, and package it. Canvas prints can take 3-5 business days.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Typical delivery time to the US is 3-5 business days and 5-14 business days internationally.

These are estimates, it can sometimes take longer.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, tracking is included with shipping. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipments via USPS.

Canvas prints and framed prints are only available in the continental US. 

Paper prints are available for International orders. Please contact us for shipping costs for your country.

Please note that Hellström Prints can not be held responsible for custom fees and/or duties. Please inquire about these in advance at your local customs office.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can pay securely by PayPal, Google Pay, shopPay, Apple Pay or credit card. The transaction of credit card data is encrypted. Hellström Prints does not have access to or store any credit card data. 

All prices are in US dollars.

OUR PRINTS

How do you package your items?

Our prints are carefully packaged to ensure there will be no damage during shipment.

Stretched canvas prints are shrink wrapped, and then followed by foam, or bubble wrap. It is then sealed in a corrugated box and shipped via FedEx/UPS/USPS. 

Fine art paper prints up to 9×12 size are shipped in sturdy flat mailer with the cardboard backing for additional safety. Prints 9×12 and up are rolled up and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tubes.

Paper Prints: Our giclee prints use high quality archival grade paper which is acid-free, 100% cotton with a bright smooth finish (230 gsm). 

All prints are printed using archival premium quality pigment inks that give vivid colors and will not fade over time.

Framed Prints: Frames are 100% solid wood. Approximately 1.5" wide. The perfect size to enhance your art without competing with it.

The optical grade clear acrylic provides an elegant finish while adding an extra layer of protection to your artwork.

If you would like a matte with your framed print, send us a note with your order that you would like your print matted. Please note that the frame size will remain the size that you order, but the print will be smaller to accommodate the matte.

Canvas Prints: These canvas prints are printed on thick archival grade, poly-cotton blend canvas to provide greater durability. The canvas is pH neutral and will not yellow over time. 

The canvas prints are built using kiln dried pine stretcher bars to ensure that the canvas print does not warp or bow over time. The design of the stretcher bars are rounded and beveled to allow minimal contact with the canvas.

The floating frame option provides modern and elegant look to your artwork.

All canvas prints come with a sawtooth hanger or a hanging wire.

All prints are made in Los Angeles, California, and ship from there via FedEx or UPS. For large volume orders, pallet shipping via truck may be used. 

HOW TO HANDLE AND FRAME PRINTS

Keep the prints in their packaging until ready to frame or hang. Please handle the prints with utmost care. Make sure your hands are clean and dry before picking them up. Always hold them on the sides without touching the printed surface. 

These prints will fit standard frames or you can choose one of our solid wood frames. 

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ORDER?

We understand the risks of online purchases. If you are not 100% happy with your order please contact us within 30 days for returns.

Because all items are custom made individually for you, we can not except exchanges at this time. Please measure your space carefully before ordering. But we guarantee that you receive all items you ordered in the same condition as described on the item page. We will resend item(s) free of charge if:

1 - Your order was damaged during the delivery and you're able to show us photos of all damaged items, as well as the packaging.

2 - Your order was lost in mail, and tracking info confirms this.

3 - You received the wrong item(s) and you're able to show us photos of the wrong items you received.

4 - You received a defective item(s) and you're able to show us photos of the defective items.

In case of return, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
